HEART AND BODY SYNCING

1) Instead of “wake up and go”, PLEASE wake up and stop. Let the mind and heart find the soul and unite and lead you at peace.

2) Instead of phone and email checks, check yourself and thank god that that helped you to see the morning everyday bcoz we don't know how much we have our life in our hand.

3) Instead of mobile notifications check the body notification becoz it may be sending you notifications that today you didn't eat healthy food or you didn't exercise that is why bad and spam notifications are coming from your body.

4) Don't procrastinate becoz it has been seen that 90% of the stress and tension are due to procrastination caused by laziness and laziness leads to many troubles as that moment we only use our heart rather than both.

5) And most importantly, JUST LET IT GO! Dont be harsh on yourself

6) pls do one thing in an hour that you like irespective of loads of work on whole day.

PS- ALWAYS REMEMBER YOU ARE AWESOME AND STRONG ENOUGH TO TRASH EVVERY PROBLEM IN LIFE, JUST BELEIVE IN YOURSELF AND LET IT GO AND LOVE YOURSELF AND ALSO NEVER CARE WHAT PEOPLE'S OPINIONS.
