Mental health to me is the most important aspect of Health. Mind is part of the body and we need to treat it as such. Sleeping or "being happy" will not solve mental illnesses. We should take the help of professionals when needed.

MENTAL HEALTH is something which most of the suicide committed patient goes through. I think they should speak out about this but they don't because they feel like people will judge. But it is nothing to afraid or ashamed of actually. According to me it is important because it may hamper your career along with ruining interested in your hobbies, sometimes u get into depression too and most importantly it loses your self-confident which is worst.
