This pandemic created significant knock-on effects on the daily life of citizens. According to the results the day to day activities got limited to an extent for some people.

Our well-being has an important role on our quality of work. 42% of the people think that their health has in a way or other affected their quality of work. On the other hand 51% people agreed to that their work was not affected by their health. 7% were not sure about the effect. The quality of work decreases with the loss of interest in working. The major reason for this is the monotonous lifestyle due to the current situations. More than 60% people think that their life has become monotonous since the lockdown and this often results in Anxiety and irritable behavior. According to the results in the past few weeks about 38% people showed irritable behavior more than often and 45% people faced anxiety attacks, stress issues since the starting of the pandemic.

On asking about their comfort zone while 7% voted that they are comfortable by isolating themselves. Majority of people find comfort near their family and loved ones. Around 61% people have someone they can count on or can call for support be it family or friends. Which makes them feel more secure in case of emotional support, financial issues or any emergency. While there were still 14% who do not have someone so close.

When it comes to dealing with stress and anxiety, there are 45% people who follow a particular self-care routine to cope up with this. This majorly includes meditation, yoga or certain exercises or activities such as dancing, cooking etc. Still there were 44% of them who do not follow any routine, are still not aware about how to deal with anxiety or are following the wrong approaches.
Different people have different triggers for their anxiety, but majority of them still don’t exactly know their triggers. Anything or everything triggers them. Stressed situations or being under pressure are the times when they experience anxiety. Another major reason for stress was found to be Overthinking. Limitless thinking about any situation or about our future can often lead us into stressful situations.
We concluded that people feel good and relieved after talking to their loved ones and venting out their emotions or by distracting themselves from the stressful situations.
